
Hundreds of devotees attended Ramnavami celebrations at the Somerset, N.J., Ukrainian Cultural Center. The event was held April 16, 2022, organized and hosted by Shree Hari Entertainment. The special program was attended by 400 people along with leaders and dignitaries from the community, a press release from Shree Hari Entertainment said.

A tribute to the war-affected people of Ukraine and Russia was observed with a prayer presented by Shree Hari Entertainment artists Sujit Sukumaran, Bodhi Ganguli, Chaitra Arni, Ram Arni, Nutan Wagle, Ankit Brahmabhatt, Radhika Vernekar, Sphurti, Raj Patel and Ameya Kulkarni.
Chief guests of the evening were Padma Shri recipient Dr. Sudhir Parikh, chairman of Parikh Worldwide Media, and Piyush Patel a successful entrepreneur of New Jersey USA.

Guest speakers of the evening including Devendra Singh, Prajna Khisty, Makarand Utpat and Dr Suggy S, Chrai, addressed the audience on the subject of the topic chosen for the evening – “Role of Shree Rama in Modern Times.”
Speakers emphasized the need for today’s young generation to follow Lord Rama as a role model and how to adapt and enhance their lives and be inspired with the journey of Lord Rama.

Neeta Ramekar, the founder and president of Shree Hari Entertainment, the main organizer of the evening program, included several items for the evening. Among them:
- Devotional programs, Keertans and an entertainment skit of Shree Ram Janma by SHE artists.
- The Rama Stuti was performed by Sparsh Shah, Dinesh Mirchandani, Nutan Wagle Sujit Sukumaran and Swagatha
- Dances of various forms, Bharata Natyam, Mohiniattam, Bengali, Odissi, Kathak and Hindustani performances.

The emcee for the evening was Vidya Dave.
The evening concluded with Ram Arti, Maha Prasad and dinner.
