Albatross, an expansive new entertainment venue, officially opened its doors on June 19, 2025, in Edison, New Jersey, bringing with it a fresh and dynamic experience for leisure seekers. Billed as the world’s largest indoor-themed mini putting and luxury bowling destination, the venue launched in style with a grand opening celebration that drew local officials, media, and community members. Among the attendees was Edison Mayor Sam Joshi, who welcomed the addition as a significant asset to the township’s economy and lifestyle offerings.
Located at 991 US-1 in Edison, directly adjacent to Supercharged Entertainment and across from TopGolf, Albatross covers over 50,000 square feet and blends immersive mini putting, upscale bowling, elevated dining, and nightlife in a single venue. With a focus on creating a vibrant social atmosphere, the space is designed to cater to a wide range of guests—from families and corporate groups to young adults seeking a unique night out.

The grand opening event showcased the venue’s various attractions, including 32 lanes of luxury bowling, an elaborate mini putting course built for both casual and competitive play, and areas offering handcrafted cocktails and globally inspired cuisine. Live DJs and entertainment added to the celebratory energy, setting the tone for what Albatross aims to deliver on a daily basis.
Stephen Sangermano, President of Albatross NJ, emphasized the venue’s vision during the launch. He described Albatross as more than just an entertainment center, calling it a social playground designed to be unforgettable. Sangermano noted that the venue is a first of its kind and unmatched in scope and concept in the region.
Edison Mayor Sam Joshi praised the project not only for its entertainment value but also for its economic impact. He cited the creation of over 350 jobs and the estimated $175,000 in tax revenue as key benefits to the local community. Joshi expressed confidence that the venue would become a go-to destination for residents and visitors alike, enriching the township’s appeal and boosting its local economy.

Albatross also features flexible private event spaces, making it suitable for celebrations, corporate outings, and group gatherings. The combination of modern design, engaging activities, and a social dining experience positions the venue as a notable addition to New Jersey’s entertainment landscape.

The venue operates from 11 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. to midnight on Sundays. More information about pricing, group bookings, and events can be found on the venue’s website.
