ITServe Alliance Launches Synergy 2025 with Grand Kickoff in New Jersey; Main Event Set for Puerto Rico

PRINCETON, NJ — July 2025|ITServe Alliance, the largest association of IT services, staffing, and consulting firms in the United States, officially launched its flagship conference Synergy 2025 with a dynamic kickoff event in New Jersey. The highly anticipated national conference is scheduled to take place from December 4–5, 2025 at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan, marking the first time the event will be hosted outside the U.S. mainland.

The kickoff, held at The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, brought together chapter leaders, board members, sponsors, and key stakeholders for a night of celebration and strategic alignment. With the theme “Connect – Lead – Inspire,” Synergy 2025 aims to bring together over 3,000 C-level executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and technology leaders for networking, knowledge sharing, and leadership development.

Anju Vallabhaneni, President of IT Serve Alliance, encouraged members and sponsors to be part of this milestone gathering. “Being held at the iconic Puerto Rico Convention Center, Synergy 2025 promises to connect the brightest minds from across the technology, business, and policy spectrum,” he said. “I urge you all to register and be a part of this transformative event.”

Manish Mehra, Synergy 2025 Director, emphasized the scale and significance of the annual conference. “Synergy is where technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership intersect. Our team is working tirelessly to deliver an unmatched experience that will drive innovation and foster collaboration,” Mehra noted.

Suresh Kandala, Associate Director of Synergy, described the event as a platform that has grown beyond a conference to become a movement. “It’s about vision, empowerment, and advocacy,” he said. “We’re uniting leaders who will shape the future of the IT industry in America.”

The event highlighted ITServe’s commitment to member growth through strategic support, mentorship, investment opportunities, and industry partnerships. Raghu Chittimalla, Governing Board Chair, reiterated the wide array of benefits available to ITServe’s 2,500 member companies and called Synergy “a gateway to new opportunities and resources.”

Newly appointed President-Elect Siva Moopanar echoed the sentiment, stating, “Synergy helps businesses scale by offering access to like-minded leaders and the insight needed to stay competitive in today’s fast-moving tech world.”

The evening also featured recognition of sponsors and contributors, with enthusiastic participation from companies including Varun Digital, a key event supporter.
