Hoboken, N.J., the Big Apple’s satellite town, which boasts an Indian-American Mayor, celebrated its diversity June 18, 2022.

Mayor Ravi Bhalla, joined the festivities, tweeting, “Enjoyed celebrating Hoboken’s diversity today – began w/ 56th Puerto Rican flag raising, followed by the Holi Festival of Colors & ending w/ a visit to #Pride,  Drag brunch at Birch. We’ll always be a welcoming community where all are embraced & these events are great examples.
